This centre offers Yoga Classes, Yoga Therapy, Counseling, Prevention of Stress, Training in Coping Strategies in dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, coping with voices . Our Clinic offers face to face and Telnet Nature Therapy Yoga Therapy based on Pathanjali system of Yoga Psychology, Pranayam Breathing therapy exercises Kriya Yoga methods of focusing on diverse energy centers in the body through Music Therapy and Deep Relaxation.

Our Indian Classical Music School offers face to face and Telnet teaching sessions in Indian Classical Music theory, vocal and instrumental guidance. We provide face to face tuitions in Vocal, Harmonium and Tabla. Our music school provides teaching and guidance about hands on percussion Indian and African style. Our video conference teaching provides, Tabla, Vocal, Sitar, Bansuri Flute and Indian Violine tuitions as per request. We often provide combination of face to face and music tele net teachings depending on needs of our students and customers.Our Music shop provides wide range of classical Indian Instruments purchased directly from Varanasi and Calcutta.
